Electrocoagulation

A process of coagulating organic solids, without the use of chemicals (which generates hazardous sludge) or micro organisms (which generate odor and noise of aeration equipment).

The process of electrolysis destabilises the solids and are move up by electro flotation and skimmed off from the surface.

Ensures a small footprint and low operating costs. Most effective for difficult effluents. Has a system of generating Sodium Hypochlorite from Common Salt for Electrolyte and disinfection and reduction of B.O.D., which can be reduced to less than 5 ppm.

FMBBR

A process of wastewater treatment, translated as - Fluidised Media with Bioaugmentation Bioreactor. This ensures a very small foot print and a natural process to treat the waste. The fluidised media has a surface area of 500+ sq. meters per cu. meter. The blend used for Bioaugmentation has a range of 56 strains of bacteria and fungi.

The Fluidised Media provides a surface for the micro organisms to attach and grow. The higher population helps in greater and faster biodegradation of the organic waste and so needing less space for the treatment plant.

The process of bioaugmentation means the addition to the waste of a more adapted blend of bacteria culture for Bioremediation (as opposed to intrinsic bacteria, which are unable to handle shock loads, temperature and pH variations). The addition of these micro organisms help in total bio degradation of the wastewater, which may not have been otherwise possible. They result in lower sludge generation, reduce the necessity to ensure maintenance of MLSS and need lesser Dissolved Oxygen to work.

BUGSY - An Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU), Compact Treatment Unit
